Today the kids wanted to play "Wii"......no, we aren't nuts. Our 4 and 2 year old don't have a Wii....neither does the 32 year old kid! For Christmas last year Grandpa bought the family a sports video game that is Wii-esk. We have friends with older kids that Patrick and Elizabeth have seen play Wii, so they think they have it too.
First game was bowling. You can put bumpers up, which is nice.
Patrick did ok....with some coaching from Daddy.
Next up was Elizabeth. She needed Daddy to help her hold the right button, but definately knew what to do.
Before we were done there was baseball, tennis, football, and golf. The majority of those were played by Daddy.......another reason we don't have a real Wii. It was funny to watch Daddy sit on the couch until he "just beat that girl". I hope this doesn't cause the Playstation to emerge from the basement!! After video games it was off to Aunt Jaime's to watch a rainy day movie. I am supposed to be using the quiet time to clean :)
